Time is short! If there is one thing that almost dying taught me is the fragility and uncertainty of life. Are you living as if today could be your last day? Take a good, long, hard look around your life through the eyes of eternity. If you continue living as you do now, when you come to the end of your earthly years, will you be satisfied that your days have been well spent?
We all receive exactly the same number of minutes in a day into our time bank...
What we do wtih those minutes determines the quality of our relationship with God, our personal relationships, our health, our success, our ministries, our life, and HOW we will spend eternity.
We have learned that time is not a monster that cannot be controlled...but rather a compliant habit that will adapt to our demands.
Awake sleeper, arise from the dead and Christ will shine on you. Therefore, be careful how you walk, not as unwise men, but as wise, making the most of your time, because the days are evil. So then, do not be foolish, but understand what the will of the Lord is." Eph. 5:14-15.
